1. SUBSIDISED DELIVERY COSTS?

We will deliver your order by courier, to any destination in New Zealand - right to your home or business. Below details our subsidised delivery rates:

Subsidised Delivery Rate:
Small orders (under 2.5kg)
Auckland$2.95 for all orders
Central North (Hamilton/ Rotorua/ Tauranga/ Whangarei)$3.85 for all orders over $50
North Island$3.85 for all orders over $50
South Island$3.85 for all orders over $50
 
Large orders (over 2.5kg)
Auckland$2.95 for all orders (up to 25kg)
Central North (Hamilton/ Rotorua/ Tauranga/ Whangarei)$3.50 for all orders over $100 (up to 20kg)
North Island$6.55 for all orders over $100 (up to 10kg)
South Island$8.30 for all orders over $60 (up to 5kg)
 $13.10 for all orders over $100 (up to 10kg)

Customers living in rural areas will be required to pay for an extra delivery ticket, please select our "Rural Delivery" option when entering your delivery address. This will add an extra $3.95 to your original delivery charge, but will ensure that your order is delivered safely to your door.

If your order does not qualify for subsidised delivery, you will be charged freight at cost. Freight charges are automatically calculated by the weight and volume of the order.

Can you give me a practical example how large or heavy products are?

The largest products we stock are disposable nappies. 4 packs of Bambo Nature nappies weighs just under 10kg and therefore purchasing this quantity enables you to take advantage of the subsidised freight rates above for all regions within NZ.

We will arrange for return of your item(s) at our cost and ensure that the correct item is sent to you at no additional charge.

3. DELIVERY REGIONS, COSTS & TIMES

Delivery Regions

At nourish.net.nz we will deliver product anywhere in NZ. For international orders and enquiries please email us with your request and we will provide you with a quote for shipping.

If your order does not qualify for subsidised freight, you will be charged freight at cost. Freight charges are automatically calculated by the weight and volume of the order.

Delivery Times

Every order received is processed immediately and will usually arrive at your preferred daytime delivery address within 48 hours.

New Zealand customers living in the Auckland can expect their order to be delivered the next day (within 24 hours).

New Zealand customers living in the South Island should allow 2-3 days for delivery (48-60 hours).

4. TRACKING DELIVERIES

Once the goods have been despatched from our store you can use the courier number to track and trace the location of your order.

5. RETURNS POLICY

We stand behind the quality products we sell.

Quality Guarantee

If any product reaches you in a damaged or spoilt condition, Nourish will refund the value of that product. Claims for defects, damages or loss in transit must be made to Nourish in manner prescribed in the 'Conditions of Use'.

Delivery Guarantee

If you have been charged for any items which have not been delivered Nourish will refund the value of the missing products.

Where any product(s) have been picked mistakenly by our team, we will arrange collection and refund the value of the mistakenly supplied products.

Returns Policy

Goods supplied in accordance with the customer's order can only be returned with the express approval of the seller. However we aim for 100% customer satisfaction and welcome product feedback. If you unsatisfied with a product you have ordered from Nourish, please let us know and we will try to remedy this for you.
