1. EMAIL, PHONE, FAX & MAIL ORDERS

If the internet is not always convenient for you, you can place orders in a number of ways with Nourish…just follow the easy instructions below.

Email: Email orders should be sent to sales@nourish.net.nz. Nourish will respond with any applicable freight costs, an order total and payments details.

Fax: Fax orders should be sent to:

2. USING PREVIOUS ORDERS:

To view a previous order click on “My Account” (located in the shopping cart on the right hand menu), and sign in using your email address and password.

Previous orders are saved by their date and order number. You can easily adjust a previous order to your new requirements by adding or deleting products or changing quantities. You can also change the delivery address during the Checkout Process.

3. PRICES & GST

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST of 12.5%.

4. PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payments can be made by credit card, electronic fund transfer or cheque.

You can use any of the following methods of payment:

Credit Card: The easiest way! To pay by credit card simply select this option on the website or advise that is your preferred method of payment on your fax, email or phone order.

Electronic Fund Transfer: To pay by electronic fund transfer simply select this option on the website or advise that it is your preferred method of payment on your fax, email or phone order.

Once you have received an invoice for the order total, please arrange payment of the invoice into the following bank account, ensuring you provide a reference to enable us to identify who the payment is from (e.g. order number or name):

Cheque: To pay by cheque simply select this option on the website or advise that is your preferred method of payment on your fax, email or phone order.

5. SECURITY POLICY

Safeguarding our customers is of utmost importance to us.

Safe technology systems. The personal customer information you provide to create and access an account with us and to make purchases from us is secured using industry standard e-commerce security technology such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use this SSL technology to prevent such information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers. To view our SSL certificate, click on the lock icon located at the bottom of every page where customer details are requested.

Nourish does not store any credit card details. When customers process credit cards online, no Nourish employee can view these details. This is to provide you with the utmost payment security.

Safe Shopping Guarantee. Nourish guarantees protection of your credit card information. We guarantee that every order you place at www.nourish.net.nz will be 100% safe. Credit card holders are not liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges*. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider immediately and act in accordance with its reporting regulations and procedures. If, for whatever reason, you are held responsible for this amount, Nourish will cover the liability for you, up to $50, as long as the unauthorised use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made from Nourish while using our secure server.

Alternative customer purchasing options. If you do not wish to pay by credit card online, we welcome you to call us to complete your purchase by phone or if you are a New Zealand customer, you can post us a cheque.

6. ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

You'll know exactly what's happening with your order when you make your online purchase at nourish.net.nz. We will e-mail a response to you within 24 hours (most customers receive a response immediately).

Order Confirmation

When you first submit your online order we will automatically provide you with the following e-mail order confirmation within 2 hours:

  1. Confirmation that your order has been received.
  2. An order identification number.
  3. The order delivery address.
  4. A list of the items on your order.
  5. The total cost of your order.

When you receive your order confirmation please save, write down, or print the information for your record.

Order Status

You will automatically receive an email update when your order payment is received and another when the order has been despatched from our store.

The despatch confirmation of your order includes:

  1. Your order identification number.
  2. Courier track and trace number.
  3. Date despatched.

7. VIEW ORDER STATUS

You can sign in to ‘Your Account’ (located in the shopping cart in the right hand menu) with your email address and password.

Here you can view your orders and the order status at any time.
