We never make any customer details (and that includes email addresses) available to third parties because we respect your privacy.

What information is collected?

When you order we need to know your name, email address, and delivery address.

If you are paying by credit card you will also need to enter your credit card type, credit card number and credit card expiry date.

How do we use the information?

Information supplied to nourish.net.nz is only used to process and fulfil your order, to notify you of your order status, and to answer your questions.

When you sign up for our free newsletter, you will receive a monthly email newsletter.

By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Nourish Limited for the purpose it was given.

Now do we protect customer information?

All customer details are collected via a secure server with 128 bit encryption.

Credit card details are entered directly into our bank via BuyPoint™ (National Bank) giving you the maximum security and protection available. BuyPoint™ has been developed to provide a safe and secure platform for the processing of credit card transactions. When you select to pay by credit card you are automatically transferred to a secure National Bank screen where you then enter your credit card details. Buypoint™ has double encryption which provides the delivery channel with a 1024 bit SSL security protection, giving it a SSL+ classification. Credit card details are not stored, nor can they be viewed by any employee of Nourish Limited.

How can you update or change the information we collect?

If at any time you would like to change any information in your account, just go to the 'Your Account' section in the shopping cart and sign in using your email address and password. Here you can change or update your name, email address, password, delivery address(es) and add or remove yourself from any email communications.

What happens if we change our privacy policy?

If we change our privacy policy so that it will affect you in any significant way, we will notify you beforehand, using the most recent email address we have on file for you.

2. SECURITY POLICY

Safeguarding our customers is of utmost importance to us.

Safe technology systems. The personal customer information you provide to create and access an account with us and to make purchases from us is secured using industry standard e-commerce security technology such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use this SSL technology to prevent such information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers. To view our SSL certificate, click on the lock icon (Picture 16) located at the bottom of every page where customer details are requested.

Nourish does not store any credit card details. When customers process credit cards online, no Nourish employee can view these details. This is to provide you with the utmost payment security.

Safe Shopping Guarantee. Nourish guarantees protection of your credit card information. We guarantee that every order you place at www.nourish.net.nz will be 100% safe. Credit card holders are not liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges*. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider immediately and act in accordance with its reporting regulations and procedures. If, for whatever reason, you are held responsible for this amount, Nourish will cover the liability for you, up to $50, as long as the unauthorised use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made from Nourish while using our secure server.
