Q. Can you send me samples?
A. Regrettably, samples are not available for general distribution. If you would like to learn more about the use of natural products for common health concerns and sample testers invite us to your coffee group (Available Auckland only at this stage and a minimum of 8 people is required).
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept credit cards (Visa or Mastercard), direct credit or personal cheques. Personal cheques are accepted from New Zealand customers only and will be cleared by the bank prior to the despatch of an order.
Q. Is it safe to use my credit card at nourish.net.nz?
A. Yes! Your payment security is of utmost importance to us. We provide a secure transaction environment for our customers. See our security section for more details.
Q. How much do you charge for shipping?
A. We subsidise the freight costs to customers depending on the volume, weight and value of your purchase. If your order does not qualify for the subsidised rate you will be charge freight at cost. See our section on delivery for details.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Every order received is processed immediately and will usually arrive at your preferred daytime delivery address within 48 hours. If you live in the South Island, you should allow an extra 24 hours for it to arrive.
Q. How do I track delivery of my order?
A. You will receive an order confirmation after you check out, then a despatch confirmation once your package is collected by a courier for delivery. You can track the order status online or use our courier companies’ online track and trace service.
Q. Can I order something and have it delivered to someone else?
A. Yes, just fill in a different delivery address during the checkout process. You can have up to 5 different delivery addresses on your account.
Q. Does anyone else see the information that I provide to Nourish?
A. We respect your privacy. The information you provide will not be given to any third party. Read our privacy policy for additional information.
Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
A. We stand behind the quality products we sell. If you are not satisfied with the product quality, return the unused portion and we will be happy to refund the full amount of your purchase. Read the returns section for more information.
Q. Are there other ways to place an order?
A. Yes, you can place orders by email, fax, post or phone.
Q. What do I do if I forget my password?
A. Click on Your Account, select Forgot your password and type in the email address you used to create this account. The password will be emailed to you.

Q. Why do I have to enter my credit card details each time I make an order?
A. For your security we do not store any credit credit card details.
Q. What is your bank account number for paying by direct credit?
A. Our bank account number is 06-0273-0311920-000 (National Bank, Albany, Auckland). In the payee field, please use your name as the reference.
Q. What is postal address for paying by cheque?
A. Our postal address is Nourish Limited, PO Box 301264, Albany, Auckland. On the reverse side of the cheque, please write your name and order number (if you have one) as the reference, or send it attached to an order.
Q. Do you accept international orders?
A. Yes, however some products are not available to overseas customers. Please send us an email with your request and we will respond with whether or not we can supply the products you wish to order, the GST free price and a freight quote.
Q. Who designed your website?
A. The website was designed and built by Nigel Dunn, an Auckland based web designer/developer and e-commerce solution provider. If you would like his contact details, please send us an email and we will forward them on for you.

How do I register to receive your free monthly newsletter & store specials email?
If you wish to receive our free monthly newsletter containing health related articles, product features and store specials you can do so by setting up an account.

If you already have an account, but are not receiving the free monthly newsletter & store specials email you can join the mailing list by going to the ‘Your Account’ section in the shopping cart. Sign in using your email address and password, then select ‘Email Notifications’. Here you can add yourself to any email communications.

I no longer wish to receive these emails, how do I remove myself from the mailing list?
If you no longer wish to receive these emails you can remove yourself from the mailing list. Go to the ‘Your Account’ section in the shopping cart and sign in using your email address and password. Select ‘Email Notifications’ - here you can remove yourself from any email communications.

3. PRODUCT SEARCH HELP
To find a specific product:
To find your favourite product, use the quick find box located at the top right of every page. Type in the name of the product, the brand or the type of product you are searching for and click on “Go”. If you are unsure of the name or brand, try to type in a more general name such as “Baby Shampoo”, to view all baby shampoo products.
Once any search result is displayed, you can use the “View Details” links beside each product to display more information about the particular product.
To perform a more advanced search, click on ‘advanced search’ which is located in the quick find box at the top right of every page.

Can’t find a product you are looking for?
If you cannot find a product you are looking for, please tell us so we can add it to our range for you.
