1. SEARCHING & BROWSING FOR PRODUCTS

Browsing for products

It is easy to find your way around nourish.net.nz. Simply select a customer category (preconception, pregnancy, baby, post natal from the menu bar located at the top of every page).

You can then use the menu which runs down the left hand side of every screen to browse through the products by category.

Browsing by brand

To browse by brand, simply select a customer category (preconception, pregnancy, baby, post natal) from the menu bar located at the top of every page and use the "Shop by Brand" drop down box located in the menu running down the left hand side of every screen to browse through the products by brand.

To find a specific product

To find your favourite product, use the quick find box or advanced search located at the top right of every page.

Type in the name of the product, the brand or the type of product you are searching for and click on "Go". If you are unsure of the name or brand, try to type in a more general name such as "Baby Shampoo", to view all baby shampoo products. Once the search result is displayed, you can click on any product to display more information.

Can't find a product you are looking for?

If you cannot find a product you are specifically looking for, please tell us so we can add it to our range for you.

2. ADDING PRODUCTS TO YOUR SHOPPING CART

Once you have found a product you want to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" icon to add the product to your shopping cart.

You can see the product has been added to your shopping cart by looking at the number of items in your shopping cart (positioned in the right hand menu). Once you have finished shopping click on "Cart Contents" or "Checkout" to view your order and checkout.

3. VIEWING YOUR SHOPPING CART

How do you view your shopping cart?

At any time during shopping you may review the products in your shopping cart by clicking on "Cart Contents" (positioned in the right hand menu inside the Shopping Cart box). If you want to change your order, you may add or delete item(s) and change quantities of products in your shopping cart.

What about delivery costs?

The shopping cart provides you with a subtotal. If there are any delivery costs for your order they will be displayed once you have entered your delivery address in the checkout process.

Nourish has subsidised delivery rates. You can change your order, or return to shopping at any time in the checkout process to ensure you are taking full advantage of this service.

Once you have finished shopping click "Checkout" to proceed to the checkout.

(Note: You can still make further changes to your order at the checkout)

4. ADDING OR REMOVING PRODUCTS IN YOUR SHOPPING CART

How do you add products?

To add new products when you are in your shopping cart, click "Continue Shopping" (located at the centre bottom of the page), and you will return to the store where you can continue to browse and shop. Alternatively you can simply click on a customer category (preconception, pregnancy, baby, post natal) from the menu bar located at the top of every page.

How do you remove products?

To remove products from your shopping cart, check the "Remove" box beside the product you no longer require and click "Update" located at the bottom left hand corner, to update your shopping cart.

5. CHANGING PRODUCT QUANTITIES IN THE SHOPPING CART

To change product quantities when you are in your shopping cart, click on the "Qty." box beside the product you want to change the quantity of, type in the new quantity you require and click "Update" located at the bottom left hand corner, to update your shopping cart.

6. CHECKOUT PROCESS

Once you have finished shopping click "Checkout" (located in the shopping cart menu on the right hand side of every page) to proceed to the checkout.

You will then need to 'Sign In', or create a new account. Please note we never make any customer details, and that includes your email address, available to third parties. For more information read out Privacy Policy.

The checkout process has 4 easy stages:

Delivery Address

To enable us to deliver your order you need to provide us with a delivery address. You can store multiple delivery addresses such as home and work. If you think it is necessary, you can add further instructions such as 'second house on the left down the right of way' in this section.

Payment

This screen allows you to choose how you wish to pay for the order. The payment options are credit card, electronic funds transfer, or cheque.

Please note, if you choose to pay by credit card, after confirming the details of your order are correct, a National Bank screen will appear.

None of the information you enter here can be viewed, accessed or stored by Nourish. This helps ensure you are transacting in a safe online environment.

Confirmation

This is designed as a final check point where you can change the contents of your shopping cart and the delivery address prior to making payment.

If there are any delivery costs for your order they will be displayed now that you have supplied your delivery address. Please note that nourish.net.nz has subsidised freight rate services. You can change the contents of your shopping cart, or return to shopping at any time in the checkout process to ensure you are taking full advantage of these services.

If you have chosen to pay by credit card online, when you click "Confirm Order" a National Bank screen will appear.

None of the information you enter here can be viewed, accessed or stored by Nourish. This helps ensure you are transacting in a safe online environment. Your payment security is important to us. To find out more about this read our security policy and safe shopping guarantee.

If you have chosen to pay by cheque or electronic fund transfer, our bank account details will be provided for you to finish the transaction.

Receipt

After your payment has been submitted you will receive on screen confirmation that your payment has been successful. An email confirming receipt of your order and your order number will arrive within 2 hours of your order being submitted.
